I have really enjoyed my time at BLSE, it is a small team but a fun work environment. I learned a lot about 3D modeling and structural design. I also got to take trips to the job site for inspections during construction. The work hours are flexible which is great for students working part time and taking classes.
What I wish was different
It was overall a great experience but if I had to complain about something, I wish they had kept getting the fancy Sweet Maria's coffee. ;)
Advice
I came in without a lot of experience in structural design, but if you work hard and are interested to learn you can do well here. If you are thinking about applying just do it! The worst that can happen is you get turned down.
