A more comprehensive floor management in which all servers have the same amount of tables, rather than give other servers more cash opportunities than another.
Advice
That Bertucci's is definitely a corporate owned and though it can provide what you need to make money and be successful, a lot of hard work will have to be done.

What I liked
I liked being able to meet new people and use my organized mind on a constant basis.
What I wish was different
I wish I had more hours. I was being told that I was very good at my job and that the management thought that I did a very good job compared to others, but I still got minimal hours.
Advice
Be organized and plan ahead especially on busy nights.
