Transaction Coordinator & Marketing Assistant
June 2018 • Cumming, GA
What I liked
I enjoy the professional atmosphere and being entrusted with various responsibilities. It always feels good to receive affirmation on producing brochures, cards, flyers, etc. I also learned new software and how to work certain databases.
What I wish was different
I wish the routine would have been more consistent. With realtors coming and going, some days I would be slammed with work and other days I would be twiddling my thumbs trying to figure out what else to do. I learned to understand how much the market and clients affected our office.
Advice
Ask questions and show that you are interested. It is important to communicate with realtors when designing on the marketing tools they need. They know their clients, the market, and what people like to hear. Also there is always room for growth. In fact, I am currently working on my real estate license with Berkshire Hathaway.
