I liked that the staff was always so kind and willing to answer my every question. They really wanted me to feel safe and at “home.”
What I wish was different
I wish I could have had more communication with patients. Rather than just update their health records.
Advice
Overall, it was a great experience and I learned a lot about insurance companies and the different types of insurances there are. I really recommend this internship to anyone who’s interested in the medical field. I also recommend it to anyone who wants to know a bit more of what goes on when registering a patient to a hospital facility.
