I liked the work environment and the staff members. Very kind and accepting community that made the work force less stressful. Any staff members is willing to teach you new skills and are very patient with you interns of grasping new concepts. I enjoyed the hours since it was only school hours especially during the summer. In addition, the rest of the time after school is free for any personal consumption.
What I wish was different
I don’t think I wish anything was different I truly enjoyed working there during the summer. If I had to come up with something I would probably say to keep the new-trainee program to better guide the new employee’s who are first starting at the job. I know for me at least it really came in handy in making the job more understood and prepared.
Advice
This is all trial and error. This job take a lot of patience and requires you to be present and focus. It’s okay if you don’t get things right the first time. This job can be difficult at first but with the right help and resources it truly does become second nature once your in it for a while. Allow yourself to grow rather than staying behind on things you aren’t doing right. Allow yourself to make mistakes . In the end practice makes improvement.
