What I wish was different
Company culture was sour and most of the employees were searching for new jobs. Myself and other coworkers felt we could be fired at any minute because of the company culture. Created a lot of anxiety and made it difficult to focus on the job at hand.
Advice
Startups are great to get a foot in the door, but don’t stay long term.
