What I liked
I love the inclusive community for people of all abilities that this organization creates. Ben's Hope really values dignity and respect for residents and employees alike, and the job is so much fun.
What I wish was different
I've really enjoyed my experience and I can't say I would want anything to have changed.
Advice
The job can be somewhat demanding, but the good days are rich with rewards.
