What I liked
I like my coworkers, and how easy it was to communicate with the managers. I like the satisfaction of feeling like I can help out with stuff, and I like the crazy stories I get from working with the residents.

I wish they were better at hiring new people.

What I liked
Being a CNA/RCA for an few years is a great experience for a nursing student. I also got great experience with dementia care.

I hope to get a wider variety of nursing experience.
Advice
I would adivse you to find a home that takes its nursing care seriously so that you can learn from the nurses.
