It was an enjoyable place to work overall, with a lot of fun people (and so much ice cream, of course)! I think giving tours all summer has made me a lot more comfortable public speaking. Also, you alternate with giving tours and doing other things, so you're never stuck too long doing the same thing.
What I wish was different

Advice
For this or any other tour guide job, if you say the same thing every time it will quickly become boring. At least at Ben & Jerry's there was no script, only some information we had to include--be creative with how you present it.
