I enjoyed working with all of the kids and adults. I enjoyed having some staff with previous experience.
What I wish was different
I wish that I had more staff in my area as I had to cancel classes or get staff from other areas in order to accommodate my low staff numbers.
Advice
Be open to working a 24-hour job for 6 days of the week. There is no mandatory time off during the day, you may be asked to work during the night or early morning.
