The flexibility to work remotely, the opportunity to work with so many different teams, and all of the amazing career skills I've gained over the last few years.

I just wish I could be on-site more!
Advice
Ask questions if requirements are unclear, but always do your best to troubleshoot or solve technical issues on your own. You need to strike a balance between the humility needed to ask for help, with the independence to take initiative and get things done on your own.
