Having a manufacturing job is really rough at first, but once you're not the new person anymore and you know what you're doing, it's really not that bad! It's a great place to work and make some nice money!

What I liked
I liked that it was a good way to make money so that I could pay for my tuition
What I wish was different
I wish that the hiring process would have been conducted more smoothly. They kept pushing my start date back so that they could teach a large group of people at the same time. It ended up being nearly a month after the original start date.
Advice
Don't be afraid to work overtime, it'll be worth it in the long run.
