I wish the management team was a little more organized with scheduling.

Teamwork is important in the food industry. If you have qualms with people, you're not gonna have a healthy work experience. Talk it out.

It was an easy job and I like to be outside in the sun in the summer time so overall very enjoyable.

I wish I got paid more and also that I had worked a job that would have contributed to my professional experience.
