I enjoyed being able to get on the job experience while still in school.
What I wish was different
I wish covid wouldn't have been around to get a full view of life at Belmark when normal and be able to travel.
Advice
I would recommend internships and co-ops to any individual as they teach you a lot more life skills than school.

What I liked
Belmark was great at providing opportunities to work on long-term projects; these opportunities allowed me to see the industry through multiple areas of the supply chain. Belmark puts an emphasis on you owning your projects by encouraging you to ask "why" and to fully learn and explore the technical and interpersonal aspects of your work.
What I wish was different
Finding housing in DePere, WI can be tough, but it is doable. Planning ahead as much as possible will be helpful!
Advice
Ask questions and be eager to learn! Belmark encourages curiousity. Additionally, the packaging industry, and especially Belmark, is a face-paced and dynamic environment, so communication is key when on the job.
