What I liked
The work was very rewarding and creative. I got to work with other people on a daily bases and learned that way which one of the delegates tasks were my strengths and weaknesses.
What I wish was different
I wish I had taken a bit more time off of the readings on the weekends, as the topics I was informing myself on were very heavy.
Advice
The work in OII is very important, but requires an open mind about race relations, ethnicities, the meaning of inclusion and self segregation and other ideas. If you pursue this, you will have a great time but make sure to form informed opinions on things.
