I liked getting experience in a new field. The Asset and Property management field is not often talked about and I am glad I got to learn the ins and outs of this industry.
What I wish was different
I wish I was able to work more with the investments team because that is what I am most interested in.
Advice
Take everything you learn in because it all pieces together in the end. Knowing every side of the industry helps you have a better idea of the company and how you can help from the ground up.

What I liked
The employees were amazing. Sine Bell is a private company I got to meet employees in the field and the corporate office. It was great to see both sides of the business
What I wish was different
It would have been nice to travel to the other regional offices to see what the other employees were like.
Advice
Follow up with burning managers. They like to know about your experience and possibly give you an offer to come back

What I liked
As I Property Manager Intern I learned a lot about managing a property by working on one as well as working in their regional and corporate offices.
What I wish was different
I wish the internship was longer so I could have continued to learn more from the Property Management field.
Advice
Be willing to learn about the real estate business because it's a great field to get into. You are helping a family find there perfect home for a short or long period of time so knowing a lot about the business helps both sides.
