BTA specializes in providing applied behavior analysis (ABA) therapy to children with developmental differences and behavioral disorders. Each client we work with is unique, and their treatment programs reflect that. Integrity, solidarity, respect, and love guide us in helping clients develop their daily living skills and gain independence in their lives. We believe everyone contributes in a unique way to our society, and no one should be left on the outskirts. Our clients have a voice and we want to help them amplify it.
BTA provides in-home services in multiple counties across the East Bay Area to individuals aged 15 months to 18 years old. We offer flexible hours, benefits, and career advancement opportunities.
