Team Members play an important role at Beets Juice Bar by providing excellent customer service and offering quality products. This job creates the Beets experience by providing quick service, pleasant environment and quality products.
Key Responsibilities:
Acts with honesty, positivity and knowledge
Efficiently use POS system
Maintaining a calm manner during periods of high volume and continue to set a positive example for the Beets team
Communicating to customers as well as managers to ensure store standards are met
Properly using equipment and maintaining it as trained
Maintaining a clean and organized work environment so team members can locate items as needed
Observing when items are low or need to be replaced
Contributes to positive team environment by communicating store manager as well as team
Maintaining regular and punctual attendance
