It was nice making connections with the different residents and learning more about geriatric care.
What I wish was different
Nothing, the staff were great and I really loved this job.
Advice
Make sure that you are able to be flexible in hard situations. I worked in a memory-care unit and the residents can be unpredictable when they are having a bad day.
