What I liked

I grew up at this camp and it was amazing getting to be just like the counselors that I admired as a child.

What I wish was different

Staff moral this year was quite low and there were so many different possibilities as to why, but a summer is Beber is always a memorable summer.

Advice

Just really think about how big your impact can be on children when you are their counselor, hobby leader, or even just a kid you see around camp. You are their examples!

What I liked

I have been attending for a while so i knew the atmosphere so that was something i really enjoyed. Also every day was different so it was cool to experience the challenges.

What I wish was different

i wouldn't change a thing. the experience itself makes every moment worth it.

Advice

even if the children that you are living with for a month or 2 may seem each day that they do not care, at the end of the summer watching them grow up and show you how much you have impacted their lives make every moment of stress worth it, so not matter what is going on you just have to keep trying and eventually you will see all of your efforts rewarded.
