If you’re tired of customer service, try cleaning! It’s easy and most cleaning positions pay more than minimum wage.

What I liked

Incredible management. Bryan and Helen Lundahl (the business owners) are incredibly kind and care about their employees. Best employers I've ever had! This position is performed in beautiful mountain ranges and I loved being on horseback for the majority of my time.

What I wish was different

I would have liked to have had at least one Saturday a month off from work.

Advice

It requires a lot of people skills, as well as horse skills. You have to enjoy talking to lots of different people for hours and you need to be able to remain calm in stressful situations. Be okay with disorder and doing things the way other people like to do them, rather than your own way.

I loved being outside and being able to ride horses all day long! I met a lot of really cool people. Such a great environment, great boss, and coworkers.
