I wish I had more opportunities to practice my professional writing skills (possibly starting a blog or more freedom with weekly newsletter writing).
Advice
Be professional at all times, even when others make your job more difficult than it needs to be. That includes doing your best with the tools provided and dealing with adult personalities that do not align with your own. It is also important to seek out allies in your work space to provide you with support in challenging situations.
