The variety of work that BEAR does is great. Within the couple months I was there I got to experience multiple different projects all throughout downtown Chicago.
What I wish was different
I wish I could have worked there longer to see certain jobs from start to finish.
Advice
As long as you work hard, the staff will be welcoming and helpful. They understood I was brand new to most of the material.
