“The Beall's Outlet Summer Internship Program was so well-rounded and helpful in shaping my future career. Not only did we shadow our store manger but we learned what the sales associates, shift supervisors, and district managers did and even what some of the roles in corporate did as well. We really gained a complete picture of the company and how it functions. There was something new and different every day, the other employees were very welcoming to us, and we learned so much but still had fun doing it! Would recommend to other students. ”
