Loved the internship. It was a rewarding experience, I felt welcomed and couldn't have asked for anything better.
What I wish was different
There wasn't anything the company as a whole could do to give me a better experience.
Advice
The paper work may seem like a lot but it's reasonable once you're used to it. Everyone at Georgetowne was incredibly friendly so if you have questions they're usually available.

What I liked
I enjoyed interacting with residents of Georgetowne Homes and helping them solve issues, whether it be related to maintenance or child care. I also enjoyed learning about the services that a property can offer
What I wish was different
I wish my supervisor had a deeper understanding of the big picture of property management. However, my supervisor's roles were more related to office management, although many of her roles did overlap.
Advice
Be willing to talk to as many people in the advice to learn as much about their work. You may never know who's roles will pique your interest.
