Mechanical Engineering Intern

What I liked

The atmosphere at Baxter Aerospace is super warm and inviting. During my time I learned more than I thought I was capable of and grew so much as an Engineer. Jeff and Michael are some of the smartest, hard working, and driven people I've ever met and have a great vision for the future of the company. From the people working there to the overall mission of the company, Baxter Aerospace is centered on making a difference through their engineering and manufacturing efforts.

What I wish was different

Nothing, my experience was and is still amazing.

Advice

Never be afraid to get out of your comfort zone! That's where you learn new skills as well as things about yourself. Sometimes it's extremely hard, but in the end you'll always be better off because of it.
