What I liked

I loved being able to finally have a hands on experience for what I'm studying here at Central Michigan University. Getting the opportunity to make calls, talk to the public, and organize ticket packages proved that this is the career path that I want to follow.

What I wish was different

The only thing that I wish would have been different would have been the lack of staffing at the Bombers. We were extremely understaffed, therefore making side tasks priorities and our selling priorities side tasks.

Advice

If you want to work in sports, take these kinds of opportunities. You grow personally and professionally and have applicable experience to share with hiring managers in the future. It is a lot of work, but if you can make it in the minor leauges, you can make it.
