What I liked
Every staff member is an amazing educator and leader. They will advise and guide you through how to think about a career in the education field as well as connect you to resources outside of the organization.
There are also great opportunities to learn. You should expect to learn about the education field, how it connects to non-profit work, continuous improvement science, grant-writing procedures, and project and organizational management.
