I loved the opportunity to explore a lot of different aspects of the communications role, as well as how Barings is a global company. It extended my communications experiences outside of the United States, which was important for growing in my career path.
What I wish was different
It was remote because of COVID-but I wish that it had been in person to get a feel for the company and the culture by being surrounded by it.
Advice
Take a bunch of notes, and NETWORK! You will do a lot in this experience, so make sure you are logging all that you do!
