I loved the company and the people I worked with. I never ran out of things to do and I really loved every project I worked on. Since the company is tiny, I really got a feel for what other departments do in publishing as well.
What I wish was different

Take advantage of how tiny the office is and conduct informational interviews with other departments if you can.
