How quickly I am able to rise in position and that I would have gotten hired sooner. Communication with applicants is not the best.
Advice
The environment is not for everyone and is often unpredictable. Trying to stay positive through the struggle hours when things are really slow, beyond extremely busy, or kitchen is behind in orders is the key to keeping your sanity sometimes. And often makes other feel better about the situation as well. Sometimes just being a listening ear for the servers when they're stressed can do wonders.

I loved the staff, everyone was always so upbeat and willing to help each other. a very diverse and unique group of people!

Honestly nothing, i have a great summer with them and can't wait to return

look out for one another, don't just focus on what you have to do but look out for others who may be struggling, always offer to help!
