I wish I would of told me friends about joining me, in making people lives much brighter in the hospital. Staff and patient related.

Putting yourself in someone's shoes, makes the experience volunteering at the hospital way much easier.

I was able to intern with different departments and pick the one I liked most to continue working in.
What I wish was different
I wish I had seen more departments before picking the first one that gave me an offer.
Advice
Learn as much as you can throughout you internship and write down everything that you learn. You don’t want to be the intern that keeps asking the same questions over and over. Writing it down and not making other repeat themselves makes you look knowledgeable and sharp.

I wish I would’ve done this before. It is essential for you to experience what you want to become in first hand so you can have a final assurance of what you are doing is the right path.
Advice
Always give your best to everything you do. People notice that and they may consider you for future positions.
