“The beauty of working for Banfield is that there are so many different locations. With this comes a refreshing variety of personalities of para staff and doctors. I grew to love my location's team like a family and we treat each other as such.
Part of the reason I want to continue working for this company is this positive experience. This became evident during the beginning of COVID restrictions in Oregon. This was a tough time but our team came together to help one another distribute our hours and to cover the shifts of those who needed to be quarantined. That was just our hospital. The company overall offered financial assistance and time off with pay during those first few vulnerable weeks. I think that says a lot about how much the company cares for its people. ”
