Use this job as an opportunity to learn. You’re witnessing supply chain and quality control firsthand, as your direct supervisor in this position handles both. You can learn so much from him (and the entire company, really) that you may not even realize you could learn in a role like this. Don’t think of this as a job, think of this as a great companion to your college degree—especially if you’re majoring in supply chain or quality engineering, but even if you’re not. Manufacturing/ distribution is a gold mine.
