A lot of social events with the company and other interns
Strong sense of ownership on projects

Knowledge Management Intern
June - August 2022 • Chicago, IL
What I liked
There was a lot of support for the knowledge management interns. We were able to access Bain programming and affinity groups. The work was interesting, and I was encouraged and supported in taking ownership of my assigned projects.
What I wish was different
Advice
Bain lives by a baine never lets another baine fail, so ask lots of questions, set up a coffee chat, and meet people. Everyone I talked to was fantastic and connected me to another person working on a topic or process I was interested in.
