I love the children I babysit for and enjoy bringing crafts for us to complete. They are very engaging and enjoy having me come to look after them.
What I wish was different
I wish I had asked more questions when I originally started the position (Ex. what the kids like, their temperament, any activities they shouldn't be doing, etc.)
Advice
Earn the respect of the kids before trying to become their friend, otherwise, they will not listen to you.
