What I liked
I like being able to have an insight of what the advisors do on a day to day basis. Also learning how to interact with co-workers and clients in an office professional setting.
What I wish was different
A little bit more guidance of my to-do list. Besides that, very satisfied with the experience.
Advice
This is a good experience for students who have not worked in an office before and have a desire to work in a financial sales role.

What I liked
I liked that the company culture encouraged interns to take initiatives to learn more about the industry through encouraging them to attend courses. Furthermore, the culture promotes inclusivity and diversity with the common purpose of making the most out of your experience.
What I wish was different
I wish the interns were offered more opportunities to show off their skills and that there would be more interaction with the executives which would provide valuable networking skills.
Advice
Taking initiatives and working more than you're expected to really helps you be remembered and your hard work is actually recognized and rewarded accordingly.
