What I liked
It was really interesting to get an in-depth look into how eating disorders affect the lives of the clients. I learned a lot about residential treatment and I liked being able to work closely with the clients.
What I wish was different
Higher pay. More staff. Better communication.
Advice
Be proactive communicating with supervisors. Create appropriate boundaries with clients and don’t breach that.

What I liked
I learned a lot about mental illness and how to be sympathetic to those suffering from mental illness. I also like interacting and forming relationships with the girls.
What I wish was different
I wish I had more confidence standing up to the girls when they were deliberately breaking rules.

Be confident and don't be afraid to redirect poor behavior
