What I liked

I love that when I walk into work I am immediately greeted with a "Hi, good morning!" by anyone who walks past. It helps create a sense that you can talk to anyone with an AVALA name badge and not feel out of place! There is also always room to grow, expand, and learn from others here! I do not think I have gone a day without learning something new and exciting!

What I wish was different

There really is nothing I would like to change about the hospital - it is a breath of fresh air being around people who really care about my abilities and want to help shape and grow them.

Advice

My advice is to never stop pursuing the desire to learn. This industry changes with the blink of an eye so if you do not have a desire to expand your knowledge base daily, then you might not be ready to work in the healthcare field.
