Amazing flexibility in planning a work schedule, as well as the opportunity to make more money if you're willing to work harder.
What I wish was different
Higher commissions for cashiers, to encourage employees to desire the positions, as well as work harder to make the company (and themselves) more money.
Advice
Autobell Car Wash has allowed me to save up enough money to attend college. Although I may not work for Autobell forever, I will always be a loyal customer.
