I like everything about this job. It’s an amazing opportunity to work with kids. You can see the ways that you’re truly helping. Scheduling is great.

I wish I would have known about it sooner.
Advice
I think the main thing is that if you don’t enjoy being around kids, this definitely is not the job for you. You have to be willing to get on the floor and play games and be really involved the entirety of your shift.

What I liked
ATC is a great organization to work for, they are very compassionate and strive to help children and their families succeed. Helping kids grow is very rewarding and I find myself growing in the process as well.

If you come in ready to play and care for kiddos then you will do well.
