Behavior Tech

June - October 2019 • Dublin, CA

What I liked

I liked how I was able to utilize my major (Psychology) and apply Applied Behavior Analysis on kids with Autism. It was nice training and working with kids one-on-one and seeing their progress over time. As a job, it's very fulfilling as you see how far they've come and how you've made an impact on them.

What I wish was different

The hours primarily, it was a bit unstable.

Advice

I would say that you have to be patient and have a true passion and interest in the field to do it long term and go further.
