I like the fact that I was able to communicate with patients and families regarding their needs. Worked with other teammates as a liaison between teammates and families.
What I wish was different
I wish I could have more tasks to do with creating project or handling specific projects

Have fun and be creative with projects. Have critical thinking skills as well as communication.

I wanted to work on a floor with patients instead at a desk but I worked where they needed me.
Advice
Do your best, listen to instruction, be on time, respectful and don’t call out all the time. They are counting on you.
