Everyone is incredibly supportive and always willing to help you. Will give work based on capabilities and open to feedback. Never had a time where I felt like I wasn't being set up for success.
What I wish was different
Sometimes it can be a bit TOO positive--sometimes I feel like I'm not receiving enough constructive criticism.
Advice
The pay is wonderful but unless you know a lot about health tech and the healthcare industry, the first few weeks will be ROUGH. There is a lot to learn and you can't really do much until you learn it. Stick it out and everything gets much easier!

What I liked
Amazing atmosphere of a fast paced and cool technology company. I met so many intelligent people and the company is a very fun place to work. Work hard play hard mentality. The intern program was great with around 75 interns hired into different areas of the company and great events and speaker series set up for the interns. I had incredibly supportive managers and learned more than I could have expected.
What I wish was different
Locations are only in Boston, Austin, Atlanta, Maine and San francisco. Loved working at the Boston campus but wish they had a New York location.
Advice
Get to know the other interns and set up coffee meetings with people from areas outside your specific team.
