Access to a CEO and other executives who are willing to share time, expertise and career guidance are rare and abundant here. Damon is kind, fair, and an out-of-the-box thinker. A mentor in the truest sense. I was encouraged to ask thoughtful questions to gain a deep understanding of my work.
