I loved getting to explore Guangzhou and creating close relationships with the other teachers. It was a very eye opening experience to be teaching in another country.
What I wish was different
I wish I could have been better informed beforehand on what my job would entail.
Advice
Be prepared to work hard and to do your best. It is a very rewarding experience, but requires a lot of adjusting and patience.
