This Question needs to be more specific. What did I like about the job? I get to do some actual change. Or interview? It was a very calm and relaxed experience.
What I wish was different
They could have done better at the transition process and some actual training, but since I have done this in other organizations. It was simple, but a better system needs to be established for a student who has not done this.
Advice
It is life-changing and will solidify if you genuinely want this career.
