Very supportive and caring CEO. Personally mentors interns and provides a lot of value through resources. Great communication and direction. A lot of freedom to make suggestions and give ideas.
What I wish was different
The structure somewhat fell apart once school started in the fall since everyone was busy with their own activities.
Advice
Working with startups is great because you can make a huge impact with your projects alone. It really helps develop leadership and organization skills.
