Friendly co-workers and the ability to telework even for seasonal employees.
What I wish was different
Compensation is on the low-end, especially when factoring in a commute into DC. Full-time employment benefits are much better but an offer for a full-time position is not guaranteed.
Work culture was a mixed experience. For technical support, quotas and total calls are the common metric for performance which can be overly stressful and have a negative effect on quality of work.
Advice
An offer for full-time employment is contingent on both high performance and whether there are any positions open which is not always the case.

What I liked
Great experience. Loved the atmosphere and the laidback work environment. Lots of opportunities for networking and professional development. Met a lot of interesting people.
What I wish was different
Nothing! It was a great time. Would have preferred a higher salary.
Advice
Always do more than what's expected! My main project came from something that I did without being asked and ended being the thing that everyone talked about the most. You can never predict how your experience is going to go.
