Everyone at the company was very genuine and dedicated. The work was interesting and impactful, and I think the company had great goals.
What I wish was different
The structure of the company was somewhat loose, and as someone learning how to do many of the things I was being asked to do, a bit more structure and feedback may have been useful.
Advice
Pick a company that you want to succeed in its mission and goals - it makes the work you do and the people you do it with more fun to be around.
